The Club
Safeguarding
Everyone at Lough Neagh Sailing Club has the right to enjoy sailing in a safe and welcoming environment. We are committed to protecting the welfare of children and adults at risk.
Our commitment
As an RYA-affiliated club, we follow the RYA’s safeguarding guidance. We are committed to creating and maintaining a safe and positive environment, and to ensuring that everyone involved in the club — members, volunteers, instructors and visitors — accepts their responsibility to safeguard children and adults at risk from harm.
We expect everyone to treat each other with respect, and we will take seriously any concerns raised about the welfare of any young person or adult at risk.
